 We've always believed that dessert should makes you smile- no matter your dietary needs.

​With my skills as a Chef/Pastry Chef and my own personal dietary struggles i released just how strong the demand was for gluten free, dairy free and vegan desserts.

So, I decided to rise to the occasions and make mouthwatering desserts

that don't compromise on taste or quality.

By sourcing fresh ingredients from nearby farms , we not only create cakes and desserts that taste incredible, but we also stay true to our roots - supporting the community that supports us.

 ​And from that goal our business has grown serving desserts lovers all across Cairns , Port Douglas and the Tablelands region.​
